No setup fees. You only pay when your unit is leased or when we begin active management.
The management fee covers rent collection, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, monthly reporting, and LTB compliance. Actual contractor costs for maintenance are separate.
We ask for a minimum 12-month management agreement, aligned with standard Ontario lease terms.
No management fee is charged during vacancy periods — we only earn when your property is earning.
